Initial Public Meetings

Boulder meetingPublic listening kick-off meetings were held at 11 sites across the county from mid-April to mid-May. The purpose of these meetings was to share baseline information about the project and collect input regarding:

  • Issues, concerns, desires, and expectations you have about the master planning initiative
  • Principles or values important to you for guiding the trails planning process

Meeting Details

  • The format for each meeting was the same and not geared toward any one community
  • No specific trail corridors or trail alignments have been identified nor were presented
  • The same baseline information and comment opportunity is available through May 20, 2013
  • Input will be used to develop a set of guiding principles for the year-long planning process
